TL;DR

Inserted/Belt Splitter filter option for quality independent of actual items.

What?

Add an a filter option when using a inserter or belt splitter (similar to everything / anything circuit condition (those options work but the true/false option doesn't really make sense in this context)) to wildcard filter items based only on the quality not type. Would like it even more if it was a filter option without having to go into the selection menu but would probably muddy up the UI to much.

ps side note: Would love the option when filtering (and other similar menus) to select multiple items before closing the selection instead of a single item at a time (ie cntr click selection).

Why?

If one is mixing quality into the primary production factory the quality byproducts need to be managed. If this was only one or two items the extra step of selection to filter out byproducts wouldn't be as much of an issue but when the same filtering has to be used time and time again (frequently one inserter onto a belt; one into a chest) it quickly becomes a chore vs being able to copy and past a blueprint over and over (shouldn't need the extra step of parametrizing each when a wild card covers the bases).
