[1.1.0] Map "recipe icons" overlay shows disabled recipe icons

If crafting machines have their alt-info recipe icon overlay disabled with the
show_recipe_icon property set to false, the icons are still shown in map view when the recipe icons overlay is turned on.

I don't consider that a bug; the map drawing of icons isn't related to the alt mode drawing of icons. But I have no objection to adding another property to the prototype to also disable it for the map. Moving to modding interface requests until I get around to adding it.

I would prefer them to just use the existing "don't show recipe icons" property but adding another one for map mode would work.
