TL;DR

Implement the ability to add Deconstruction Planners to Books

What ?

Make a book that can hold Deconstruction planner similar to the Blueprint Book.
Or allow Deconstruction Planners in Blueprint Book
Or when adding Deconstruction Planner to an empty Blueprint Book converts to a Red Book (Deconstruction Book)

Why ?

While the number of deconstruction planners users need is much less than the sheer quantity and diversity of used Blueprints. I frequently have multiple Deconstruction Planners I am using with different filters to allow quick alterations to my base (along with the use of blueprints).
Because of the introduction of Blueprint Books I am assuming this wouldn't be that hard to implement.

Great idea, although I would prefer deconstruction planners to be added to existing books. Often they are related and it makes it easier to find them if they are in the same book.

I have a book for building defensive walls and created a customized deconstruction planner to remove specific parts of it when I want to tear down old sections (while leaving parts of the infrastructure in place). I'd like to include the deconstruction plan with the overall book.

I went to try to do this a week or so ago and was surprised that it didn't work.

This and adding upgrade planners to existing books would be great.

Would be quite nice. As is, honestly I can just make them on demand given the simplicity, but generally I just want to remove "Trees + Rocks" or "Small Power Poles" or something, so its simple enough.
Having a library like blueprints would make sense.

+1 for this (and upgrade planners), oftentimes you have blueprints for large multistage builds that you want to upgrade incrementally as you progress through tech. Would personally prefer if they could be added to regular blueprints books as they usually tend to work hand in hand, at least in the case of upgrade planners.

Yep. Possibly simply allow to add them to the blueprint books (in essence they're somewhat reverse blueprints).

I'm using the Recursive Blueprints mod.
If you use a Blueprint book in the deployer you can select which blueprint index in the book that is constructed with a signal. This way you only need 1 deployer linked to your controlling circuit. I can deconstruct with a signal, but then I can't filter the deconstruction. RE deployer accepts filtered decon planners, but I can't have both decon planners and a blueprint book in the deployer since it only has a single slot. Even if the deployer had several slots I would then get the issue not being able to transfer the decon planners around together with the book they belong to and potentially messing up their order. My decon planners are essentially very linked to the blueprints I use (regardless of having the mod or not) and I have plenty of them. I need to be able to manage them somehow regardless.
