Hello. I've got no messages about Fulgora in tips and tricks after researching Fulgora planet and even after landing on it.

I don't have a save or anything to add to make this into a full bug report... But tooltips did seem to trigger at odd times for me, later than expected. I'm pretty sure I've had new dlc factory buildings built and in use, but no help topics on them available until some time later.

Also, "Heating mechanics" tooltip is in the wrong category and is unlocked way too early. It's relevant to Aquilo, a planet I haven't yet visited, while the building itself is unlocked on Gleba... but the topic is categorized under the Vulcanus Briefing.

I didn't get that bug when researching Fulgora and then Vulcanus, but now I've researched Gleba and I didn't get the briefing. I'll see if it shows up after I've landed and will try to do some further debugging then.

So I landed on Gleba and still didn't get the briefing:


I've saved the game 30s before the Gleba research was completed and copied it to a clean Factorio 2.0.16 install to test it, and the event didn't fire either. I've attached that save, maybe it will shed some light on what is happening.

Yeah I have the same thing in 2.0.17. Went to Vulcanus first, then Fulgora and then after researching Gleba the briefings didn't unlock. Restarting/reloading didn't fix it.

And didn't get the briefing either.

2.0.19 - No Aquilo briefing in Tips and Tricks, even after landing and unlocking lithium processing, cryogenic plant, and cryogenic science pack.

in 2.0.19 I seem to be having the same issue, but with my 3rd visited planet, Vulcanus. The briefings for Gleba and then Fulgora seemed to work as expected.

v2.0.20: Same issue for me regarding no tips or briefing for Aquilo, even after landing.

[2.0.20] Randomly, I've just noticed two new entries in the tips and tricks. I've opened that window and lo and behold, there they were:


I don't know what triggered them, the game has been running on this version for some time, I've reloaded it multiple times to debug other issues and I can see in the recorded videos that they weren't there before and have definitely appeared very recently.
