Is there any news about this feature being worked upon?

A filter called "Import from current planet" would better represent "import from any planet", just like how construction materials are imported from current planet/surface.
A new icon can be made to represent that & used in planet filter.

OR

A convenience button to create a duplicate request group, but import all items in the group from different planet. This would allow creating request groups quicker.

I like the "Any planet" setting that got merged into here and hope that that will become the default.

Having a hub planet that other ships export finished items to for storage makes sense(given many many many players do this with malls already on planets)
When using logistic groups it is a pain when adding items to request on a planet that they are set to the planet they are crafted on by default instead of "Any planet" as it is extra clicks to fix.

If using mods like ghost scanner(which auto adds requests to a logistic group based on construction requests in the network it sits in) having to manually set where items come from while building on a planet is more tedious and useless clicks.

Be it modded or vanilla changing it to "Any planet" by default would be a nice QOL

That would be easy to implement and great thing to have.

Current method I do is just to have many request for the same items in different groups for different planets. So I don't think this feature update would break any of the current code. Maybe if there was a way to set multiple planets just as there is a way to set multiple filters? I'd +1 this. Kind of annoying having to set another group for each planet for maintenance items like walls, repair packs, etc...
