I've tried this many times, it doesn't work for me.

UPDATE: Adding a ghost tile in space connected to the collector and removing it fixed it.

thanks for your edit. I just encountered this problem with computing navigation. I put a little 2x2 square in front of the collector and it fixed itself. Glad this is already addressed in the next update.

Worked well for me, thanks.
Rebuilding the collector helped too, but not always.

I couldn't get it working with deleting tiles before. But the update fixed the problem. Thanks!

I put one ac(astroid_collector) down(not working), and another ac down(working) and remove the old one.

2.0.15-4 the bug can still happen and in order to get the collector to work I had to destroy almost everything that was in that spot before rebuilding it.

Just to confirm, did this asteroid collector get stuck in version 2.0.15? You can build a tile around it and it should start working again.

I think it got stuck in 2.0.15 - but as I am updating to every new version before I start playing, it might be possible that it got stuck in 2.0.14 - I'm sorry, but I cannot remember. Need to store so much new information of this great DLC :D .

Still having this problem. Was not able to get all collectors working by adding ghosts or reconstructing them. Shattered Planet 3 ship in save. Tried beta 2.0.16 through 2.0.19, same issue. Tried downgrading to 2.0.13, can't load save.

Can confirm this is still occurring for me as of 2.0.15 stable, with a platform built today. I don't have a version of the save where it's happened (it resolved after placing/removing a piece of platform), but anecdotally, I observed that it happened after cut-pasting asteroid collectors forward on the spacecraft.

I've tried to recreate this and I can't get them to get stuck. If someone can provide a save file or blueprint I can investigate further.

Ok. the leftover calculation bug happens, because the filled in chunk behind your turrets somehow has the "drity" flag and needs to be recalculated, but because it's all filled with platform tiles, there is nothing to calculate.

The hotfix for now is to mine your platform back in a 3 wide strip until you cause that chunk recompute. Then it should fix itself.

I will prepare a proper fix for next version.
