even IRL there is a limit to the glass fiber PCB usage sometimes in high end uses the PCB is made on a ceramic substrate Al2O3 or Al(NO3)3

for the PCB there might be a point since you can grow another layer on top of the first one so it is more like a maybe
Cooling Tower MK02, Combustion Turbine MK02, and Nexelit Powered Accumulator MK02 the buildings have changing size and specs so it is ligic to not use the prez one , in the case of the accumulator you should treat it more like a circuit intermediary not as a building
2. The Printed Circuit Board 4 currently uses the MOUNTED Circuit Substrate, not the Printed Circuit Substrate 3.
3. The Combustion Turbine MK03, Oil Derricks, and Pumpjacks use their previous tiers and those are different sizes.
Another suggestion: rename Chromium to Chromium Plate, since all the other metals are plates.

Another suggestion I have is to make the laser-based warfare items use laser modules:
3x defender capsule+1x laser module->1x distractor capsule
20x duralumin+1x laser module->1x laser turret
20x circuit board 3+5x low density structure+1x laser module->1x personal laser defense
3x defender capsule+1x laser module->1x distractor capsule
20x duralumin+1x laser module->1x laser turret

Another suggestion: deuterium should be made from heavy water in an electrolyzer, not a destructive distillation column.
