Since we released our new website tons of people flood in our site.
amazingly we are so proud that we can support such a great community with our small team.
and words seams spreading faster now.

we get notice of many mistakes we made so far. and have fun dealing with your tickets.

Quick-FAQ : Most of the time the Factorio-Token is missing, this helps to identify if you have bought the game and for us its an indicator how many accounts you registered on our website.

We dont blame Players with more then 2 Accounts but be fair to those who want to have this service free forever!

Webserver DOWNTIME - AGAIN -

resolved in - max 17 hours -

we suffer under HEAVY DDos Attacks of some Russian Websites. and needet to take out our webserver to provide security to our service.
We dont know the purpose of this attack but its certain located there. We are sorry for this outtake. but working on a solution for you.

if you can provide help in knowlage of this we would be gladly acecpt your help.
Our strengh is WebProgramming not anti-Hacking so please help to get rid of those!
Searching Google only end in a large ??????????????? even for us!


We maybe need new hosting company but we need SSH Conection possibility to start/install and move arround objekts.
once again support us to get this problem fixed quickly.
