[0.5.2]Crash on loading savegame

On my recent savegame I get following message upon loading:
"Content Title
Error when creating segment 1403, found rail already connected to segment 1055"
I did some bug fixing on broken rails (
https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... =18&t=1085) where you couldn't mine them.
After saving yesterday and loading today the savegame is broken.
Any way to fix that? All the auto saves are broken too.

Could you please provide the broken save game?
It could help us to find the cause of the problem.

Sorry, can't provide a savegame
Started a new game and replaced the save. I will try to reproduce that in any way and upload the savegame

You should zip up the folder before trying to upload, preferably with something other than Window's built-in zip program, as it's rather inefficient.
if it's still too big, there are sites like Dropbox or Rapidshare.

Having the same problem 0.6.4 64 bit windows 7
"Error when creating segment 1271, found rail already connected to segment 1218"
and in my other save
"Error when creating segment 1936, found rail already connected to segment 1935"

I thank you for the saves from my heart
It helped me to find the cause of the problem, this one was really annoying.
I have to confess, we had part of the code, that enables to rebuild rail segments when they are broken on game load, but we had to keep it non-active to find the bug.
The good news is, that you will be (both) able to load the save in 0.7 version and the rail segment rebuilding code doesn't even have to be activated.
It made me very happy!
P.S nice factories and rail systems
Especially this laboratory setup is really nice looking (and similar), some parts of your factory have chance to get to the new trailer (if you don't mind).
