[raiguard][2.0.5] Migrating map from 1.1.110 deletes fluid output contents

Entities with output-only fluidboxes are migrated without their contents when going from 1.1.110 to 2.0.x. Input-only and input-output fluidboxes are migrated correctly.

I know raiguard is aware of this from my F10, but I wanted to document it here since folks might be unpleasantly surprised when they migrate maps to 2.0. I know in most vanilla cases it won't be noticeable, but in modded games machines might have much larger outputs or more valuable fluids that would be undesirable to delete during migration.

Reproduction:
  1. Create a map in 1.1.110 with assemblers and pumpjacks with output fluidboxes full and the machines waiting for space in destination. (like the attached)
  2. Load the map in 2.0.5 and observe that previously full and backed-up machines start working again to fill their now-empty fluidboxes.

In the attached save, I expected the fluid contents of the assembly machine and pumpjack to remain full after loading in 2.0.5.
