Research-based mining drill pipetting

Currently, pressing the pipette key (Q by default) on an ore patch picks the best mining drill in the inventory. If there are none and the interface setting "Pick ghost item if no items are available" is enabled, it picks a ghost burner mining drill.
I think that now that electric mining drill needs to be researched, it would be more useful to pick the ghost item of the best mining drill that has been researched. It is very rare that someone would want to plan burner mining drills once they have better ones unlocked.
