2.0.13 armor bouns movement speed not working

Some of my armors (2power armor (uncommon) and 2 mech armor (rar)) speed bouns stopped working. It happens randomly and in multiplayer. We play as three ppl and happened to all of us at least once.
The armor it self can't have move speed bouns it the bug happens for it, but the parts can be move to other armors.

Not exactly.
For me (my armor) it happened when I was afk.
And all my armors except then one that I was wearing works fine.
But yeah in ststs bouns there is no movement speed bouns. (not registered as mentioned)
For my friend it happened when he was clearing some biters.

Did you toggle your exoskeletons off? (Alt + E)
