I disconnected the pipes to an Electromagnetic Plant, but it keeps filling itself with the input fluid even though there was no longer any connection.

Thanks for the report. The machine has a pipe inside it that it is filling from. You can see this when you plane a single pipe next to it and see that it still shows having fluid.
