Gleba: Biochamber and Artificial Soil Research not triggering

As title states, have crafted hundreds of Nutrients, both by hand and in Assembler 3. Neither artificial soil or Biochamber have triggered in the Research tree.

SOLVED: Had not discovered the Yamako tree yet, which is an unlisted pre-requisite...
