Parameters for Module Slots

TL;DR
I want to be able to choose what module is used when placing a blueprint that uses parameters.
What?
Allow parameters to be placed in the module slot of a building.

Why?
FFF 392 describes why parameterization is good in general, and I believe expanding the mechanic to effect modules is the obvious next step.

+1. I made a quality recycling blueprint, and I really wish I could choose which quality modules to put in the assemblers and recyclers.

+1 as well.
Ideally we would should be able to apply a similar logic to the upgrade planner, meaning that you can set module preference order and limits in the blueprint that would be applied post parameter evaluation of ingredients or similar.

Coming in to give this a late +1
Brought in my end game upcycler build which uses legendary quality modules, but in my current run I don't have many of those yet, so I want to be able to change the modules as a parameter.
