What did I do:
I cannot go through cargo landing bay and other machine

I can go through cargo landing bay and other machine

I cannot build machine when stand by cargo landing bay

if you do want to be able to do this you could use the squeak through mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/squeak-through-2
