Only Ho and enough liquid needed to produce the ice bottle with (almost) single factory.The efficeiency is a little low because pumping liquid from pipes is slow when the pipe contains little liquid.

The less pipe pieces you build into the pipe segment you're exchanging fluids within, the faster the fluid is exchanged. You built it pretty and symmetric, but by sacrificing symmetry you can reduce this central segment by 7 pipe pieces (by placing the pumps of a pair directly next to each other, each pair saves 1 piece), reducing it by 7*100=700 fluid capacity. The plant also doesn't need all 3 inputs connected.
If you change the layout completely and place pumps on opposite sides of the segment, it's possible to reduce its length even more.
Every single pipe piece you're NOT building counts.
