This setup is meant to refeed the 20% asteroid back into the crusher with priority from the main feeding belt. It works well for a few hours, but sooner or later it will get backed up as the main feeding belt gets priority.

I've also seen this happen in other places where there's a T-crossing. One time it got stuck in this way, so that the belt coming in from a 90-degree always had priority. Only way to resolve it that time was to remove the belt and re-add it.

Is this a known bug, or am I missing some known dynamic here?
