[0.6.4] Out of phase research tree

This is only a minor issue but I'd guess technically a bug. Advanced Material Processing 2 gives output of electrical furnaces, prerequisite of these is advanced electronics. However you can research AMP2 without having researched advanced electronics. Just needs to be tweaked slightly in the research tree I guess.

There are several other technologies which result in similar scenario.
For instance "Advance power distribution". After you finish reserch of this tpic you get the ability to build larger power lines, but these require steel. So it should require you to also research steel first.
Another example "Blue reserch potions". They require rockets to be made but they become available before rocketry has been reserched.
I could probbably find even more such techs.

Now since the game is still in Alpha developers are not giving this much atention as there is high probability that they will modify reserch tree in the future either by addin new technologies or changing existing ones.
So for the time being we should bare with this.

It is questionable if it is bug or not.
Now it is clear, but later, there might be other ways to get things (steel for example), so you can use the recipe even if you can't create the prerequisites.

I mean something like a tool which shows the many dependencies between research tree and entities/production-tree should be made. Should be something like a small (lua-)script, which shows in simple ASCII the trees or parts of it and shows also such possible conflicts.

Maybe put a big red warning in the tooltip of a technology that can be researched, but which enables a recipe whose ingredients can't be crafted from stuff the player has “seen” (i. e. has ever been in the player's inventory or is a raw resource).

Put another way: when calculating raw resource usage of a recipe, only consider unlocked recipes.
