[2.0.39] Super force build breaks connection of pasted underground belts

When using super force build to place entities over a belt, underground belts are created around the entity even though they break the connection of an underground belt included as part of the super force build.
Expected result
The super force build should recognize connected underground belts and avoid nesting extra underground belts inside them.
Actual result
The super force build creates additional underground belts around the entities that break the connection of the pasted underground belts.
