[2.0.42] "Request satisfied" is true when not requested

Platform is staying in Aquilo's orbit and only moves anywhere when one of the interrupts is triggered.
One of the interrupts is for science delivery to Nauvis (on screenshot) : when 6k Cryo Science request from Aquilo is satisfied - go to Nauvis, wait for either 60 second of inactivity or Cryo Science empty.
But platform never leaves.
From what I've grasped - every time it tries to leave it checks interrupts, considers inactive 6k Cryo Science request as satisfied and triggers science delivery interrupt again. I guess it's not a bug from internal game logic perspective, but it' quite a confusing behavior from players point of view - seeing how request in question is neither set up for this planet nor actually satisfied.
