[2.0.43] Fluid networks voided erroneously

When the pipe is rotated any number of times, there is no point in which the fluid boxes should connect the 2 pipes together, but in this instance, rotating the square piece once will cause all the oil to be voided.
I would expect in this instance that the 2 networks between the fluid tanks to remain unconnected. See attached save for a repo example.

I am considering this a duplicate of
120425 as it involves intermediate state where the pipe itself is temporarily disconnected from pipes before a state of it is changed and then it is reconnected to pipes.
