[2.0.47] Crash setting entity.active=false on flying logistics bots

I created a mod that uses a selection tool to select entities I want to deactivate. When I swipped over some logistics bots that were flying the game crashed.
The reason for the mod is that I want to create copies of some of our maps as a reference and put everything on pause where possible to reduce the CPU load.
