[boskid][2.0.47] Inserter stuck inserting into lab with extreme research cost

This is a very similar bug to viewtopic.php?t=127884, except for labs instead of assembling machines.

If a technology requires science packs at or more than the stack size of the science pack (in the ingredient list, not in the unit.count) the inserters could get stuck in a similar way to the above bug report.

In the attached simple testmod, I've changed the Automation tech to require 200 red and 200 green science packs. As you can see a stack inserter with max bonuses gets stuck. Save file is also attached.

Thanks for the report. I made labs have an extra margin of 4*max inserter hand size to account for this modded case. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.48.
