Don't reset map zoom

tldr
In 1.1 the map zoom level is kept between uses. In 2.0 it resets. I suggest having it kept.
why
When I open the map, I zoom way out, and I like it to stay that way. Needing to zoom out again, every time I open the map, is an annoyance.
I am curious what people think about the way it works currently. Is there some way to use it where the reset make sense? I checked a bunch of factorio streamers to find out. But every one I saw is also zooming out every single time they open the map. Just watching that is painful.
I'm fairly convinced that the current behavior is strictly worse than the old one. Zooming the map is a small thing, but it still feels really bad when the game undoes something I've done.
how
IMO, always keep the zoom level.
Alternatively, if reset is desirable for some reason, then have an option. A separate control that can be bound, or a checkbox, or whatever. If there is reset, have a setting for what zoom level it resets to.
(As an aside, the "Toggle world map" control should probably be renamed to "Toggle remote view")
