These are the building blocks for my low-spore Gleba base, which uses fish instead of bioflux to provide all nutrients. The base observation is, biter eggs provide so much more nutrients per bioflux than the direct recipe, that it's still very profitable even if the eggs were first transformed into fish to simplify handling, yielding ~57% more science per spore.

On Nauvis, this block exports ~85% fresh biter eggs to my promethium ship, feeds Gleba with fish, while also absorbing pollution:

On Gleba, (many copies of) this block consumes half a belt of fish with one belt of bioflux, and exports agricultural science on demand (when there is orbit request). When there is no request, it cycles eggs slowly to keep them from hatching.

Months of playing Space Age - and I never thought to compare the efficiency of shipping Fish halfway across the Solar System against locally-produced Nutrients. Bravo, this is a new one! Now I have to go rework all of my Biochamber setups, again…
