[2.0.55] Parameterized blueprint available variables tooltip "pN_r: crafting time of parameter N"

When trying to parameterize a blueprint with a requester chest set up to request some items, when trying to create a formula for the amounts to request, the tooltip when hovering my mouse over the empty formula text field say that "pN_r: crafting time of parameter N", when entering "p0_r" in the formula field
Upon placing the blueprint and selecting the rocket silo as the recipe, the requested item counts for the relevant items are 0
I was expecting 30 or 30/0,75=40
I suspect pN_r is actually the rocket capacity for the selected recipe product
