[Feature Request] More places to see full numbers of items/signals

It would be great to be able to see the actual full number of items/fluids (or signal value) without prefixing/rounding.
For example when hovering over a signal inside a constant or selector combinator (aritmetic and decider combinators already do that when hovering in the input and output signals section, but would also be good that it displays when hovering in the condition/operation area of the combinator gui as well) or when hovering over a signal value in the circuit connection GUI of other entities. Also in the logistic network view hovering over items in the items section displays the full numbers, but it doesn't in the logistic member area above (you have to hover over the roboport to see the exact amount of each robot type in the network).
I understand that potentially 5+ digit numbers aren't great to show in most places where there are a lot of items/signals, but I feel like full values should at least be shown when hovering over a specific item/fluid/signal consistently all around the GUI as it's currently a bit arbitrary where that's shown and where it isn't and makes debugging certain builds harder.
