let high quality miners output high quality outputs

im very new to programing so i really dont know how to program really well so i thought that maybe i should do a basic mod that consist that the miners output the same quality that they are but now im kinda stuck to be fair so i really need help lol but wtv im uploading the files of the mod it doesnt have virus or smth like that... help pls (sorry for the spaghethi code)
