See test configuration in image.

Pipeline to the left is 47.3% full. Overflow valve is expected to block the flow.

Bottom behaviour is correct - no liquid to the right of the valve.

Top behaviour is incorrect -- pump activates, ignoring the valve - right segment is full to 100%.

Expected behaviour is both empty segments to the right.

Why it's in "Mods" section? Valves are vanilla functionality, available in editor.
