[kovarex][2.0.66] smart drag bug (reverse dir across splitter)

See attached video. Existing belt comes out of splitter going west, then turns north. If you smart-drag from west-to-east, it correctly creates the new belt with undergrounds, but incorrectly deletes the existing belt exiting the splitter.
