TL;DR

Ability to install older version of mods from mod manager

What?

Like in the Manage tab, In the Explore tab in the mod browser, we should be able to select the version of the mod we want to install (this also mean that the install button will not be disabled if we install a version we don't have locally)

Why?

Today I got the update of a mod that crashed with a message telling me to run a specific version of the mod first.
So I got to the Mod browser to install it and found there is no way to do it inside the game
