The show-lua-object-statistics debug option should help.

Something seems to be wrong with the mod-list.json you've provided because when I install those mods, and enable the ones you've listed - the game doesn't even get to the main menu. There are so many mod conflicts and mod errors that I've been trying to fix them for the past 20 minutes without success.
Can you please provide a save file that includes all of the mods you're using so I can sync-mods-with-save and try it myself?
