The increase/decrese quality shortcut to affect blueprints

Title is self explanid but what is not clear is that this is for when we have a blueprints, not an entety. As in, this to affect the Ingredience and results, and not the buildings (belt, inserters, whatever). Aka when we hold and item, even if it's a blueprint one, we can change it's quality. However, when there are more then 1 items (let's say assemble and inserters), the "change quality" won't affect the assemble or the inserters but the recepy.... or is it easier to just add a different short cut for this? I don't know so moving on

So, only the recepies as well as ingredience (rip fluits) will be affected, nothing else. Let say i put an assemble to do iron gears. The ingredience will be normal iron plate and result iron gear. Now i copy it and use the quality increase shortcut (for anyone who don't know, look in control, and search for quality) to increase the quality. But i actually do it twice. So now I have a normal and another assemble that does rare iron gear needing rare iron plate. Now i copy both of them, press the increase quality once, and now i hold a blueprint with uncommon and epic.

And if possible, this to work with signals as well as filters. Meaning splitters, that have a filter, this item (or signal?)'s quality to be able to change it.

And as i said, same for signals. Ideea is to easily sort out the quality issues
