Regarding the addition of a dedicated Quality Upgrade Planner

TL;DR
Add a separate Upgrade Planner for upgrading building quality
What?
Can a separate Upgrade Planner be added to upgrade the quality of building? This can be achieved by selecting a subset of machines to upgrade to the next quality or specifying an upgrade to a certain quality, and setting a blacklist to exclude machines that do not make sense to upgrade to a certain quality.
Why?
In actual gameplay, if you have to manually create a new Upgrade Planner every time you want to upgrade the quality of the machine, it will cause a large number of Upgrade Planners to pile up in the Blueprint Library. Once they are not organized properly, it will be difficult to find a suitable Upgrade Planner when needed. Therefore, I think it would be very convenient to have a separate Upgrade Planner to improve the quality
