Hazard Concrete not aligned with Rails in horizontal orientation

Some examples in the picture of tiles like hazard concrete not being aligned at all with the rails when the rails are in horizontal alignment
I know that this has probably something to do with perspective and 3D/2D, but the visual offset is just way too noticeable.
