[2.0.73] Drill sideloading on splitter, throughput sometimes halved.

Hi.
With high enough mining productivity I often made the drill sideload on a splitter then slam back the second exit on the external sideline of the belt in order to produce a full belt from a single miner.
Like this: On the screenshot we can see that the left belt is not full. Contrary to the right one.
In the attached savefile drills that where placed using copy/paste only provide half of the expected throughput.
Deconstructing and rebuilding the drill manually of even simple turning it solve the issue.
