Quality affects Quality

I want to make a mod that Quality Machine also gives 1% Quality in each tier:
normal assembler still have 0 Quality, but Uncommon provides 1% Quality, Rare provides 2%, Epic 3, Legendary 4%;
Basically Quality of machine gives free Quality Module in the machine.

The implementation side might need to differ from speed and efficiency, wihich Quality is additive, I suggest annd following fields like:
QualityPrototype: crafting_machine_quality_bonus.
QualityPrototype: mining_drill_quality_bonus.

and we can have some funny names:
CraftingMachinePrototype/MiningDrillPrototype: quality_affects_quality
CraftingMachinePrototype/MiningDrillPrototype: quality_quality_bonus

You can already do this by rebalancing quality or faking quality.
