[2.0.74][mac] Animated water flickering

When the Sprite resolution is set to "High" on macOS, animated water flickers in an oscillating frequency when the view zoom is set to default (Ctrl+F9) as can be seen in a screen recording here. This flickering can be seen when rendering in native resolution as well, but it's less pronounced. Disabling animated water or changing the Sprite resolution to "Medium" fixes this. Forcing OpenGL via the config.ini file has no effect.

This issue persists on both Sequioa 15.7.3 and Tahoe 26.2 (tested and confirmed this on a MBP and a Mac Studio with an external 1080p display). I only noticed this because this issue was not present pre-Space Age and I confirmed it with an earlier non-SA build.
