[2.0.72] Gradual UPS loss by conditionless idle platforms in automatic mode

What did you do?
I've set 3 out of my 17 platforms to wait in orbit without any unfulfilled conditions or follow-up planets, as such:

What happened?
UPS gradually dropped over time. In the "Space-platform" line in F5 view, it went from a stable 0.095 (while every platform is idle at least), up to, but possibly not limited to 15.XX. This value was reached after the save file ran uninterrupted for about 2 hours. Their impact on the update time is immediately visible as soon as they are in a scenario described before and while they are not in paused mode, instantly going to 0.185 on a fresh reload and slowly climbing.
At 15.XX each platform contributed approx. 5 to that value, I observed this while I was manually deleting them in editor mode, and then later just pausing them or changing their wait conditions.
By adding a condition which is yet to be fulfilled, i.e Damage taken = 1000, they are instantly fixed and lose their impact on the update time.
A condition which is already fulfilled as seen above (A =1), will cause the bug to appear.
EDIT: The problem causing platforms were: Science transport, Holmium export, and Carbon fiber export
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.
Note: my save file is heavily modded and haven't tested this on a clean save.
