I think that 2.1 update should raise the limit of prototypes and tile effects

Since 2.1 will be the last main update of the game (And that leave the fate of the game to modding), I suggest that limit of prototypes (Currently limit by engine at 65536) and tile effects (Currently limit by engine at 32) should be raised for heavy modding (Like Rigor Module mod and playing with a lot of mods)

If anyone have thoughts about this, please let me know ;)

The limits have performance, memory, and save file size/save time implications (even when not used by mods).
