Overclock the Biolabs!

Hello,
Would it be possible to overclock the biolabs in some way at some ridiculous power cost? Could there be some building that is the main control unit for a bunch of settings that increase the speed/productivity of all biolabs by 10% at the cost of an additional 100% electrical demand from the biolabs? I know that the legendary modules facilitate some of this but the end game you have power infrastructure completely sorted and something like this would shape it up majorly again for very late game redesigns.
If the settings could be infinitely expandable too that would be incredible. Would be awesome to see who can achieve the highest bonus percent and outrageous scale of power consumption.
