[Genhis][2.0.73] Time passed fly condition counts time before departing to shattered planet

Hi.
TL;DR I think the time passed fly condition to Shattered planet counts time before departing towards the planet.
I have a flight schedule where I have the system edge stop with a always true condition, and then a flight condition to the Shattered planet set to 120 seconds passed. What happens is that the ship arrives to the edge, and then skips right over the Shattered planet target and jumps to the next. If, instead, I am parked at the edge, and I manually click the Shattered planet target, it again jumps over it. I click it again, and it works and the ship goes there. What is telling though is that a part of the timer is already missing to begin with. If I set it up so that it returns to the edge from the Shattered planet side and flights there right away, it works ok.
So I suspect that the time passed timer for the shattered planet is bugged and it includes some time before starting to go towards the planet. Perhaps it includes the flight time from Aquilo towards the edge. But when it reaches the edge and starts going towards the Shattered planet, the 120s is already depleted, so it jumps over, and only then the timer resets, but starts counting again when pared at the edge already, so that is what I see when I manually send it.
