Parameter support for CC Logistic Group Section multipliers

Hello,
Currently when a constant combinator has a saved logistics group section, signals in that section are not included in the blueprint. That is intended and it should stay like that.
However i think the multiplier of the section (200x in this case) should be included in the parameters table. This will allow us to utilize logistics groups much better.
Also can you increase the max multiplier? It's limited to 1000 right now. Which is limiting in some cases.
