Inserters and Labs

Try as I might, I cannot get inserters to place more than two sci packs into the labs, and I have to do it myself. I sincerely doubt that this is a flaw on the part of the devs. So, what do I need to do for a delivery of potions? My setup is belt->inserter->chest->lab. What have I done wrong?

You've done nothing wrong, this is intentional. Inserters will never load more than double what is necessary(this is true for other things including assembling machines)

Maybe the game interface should explain that better?

Noobs often get confused about why Inserters stop moving Coal into Boilers, too. And I'm sure some get upset about Inserters not pushing all the ammo into Gun Turrets.

I wish interface would explain difference between noob and newbie better.

I know its offtopic but i hate missuse of word noob.

I'm not aware of any such difference. "Noob" is simply slang for "newbie".

n00b is slang for a troll that pretends to be a newb

Newbie is just sounds friendlier than Noob.

I think that New Player is the best way to call a new player though :D

From Wikipedia
Two related terms are "newb", a beginner who is willing to learn; and "noob" (often spelt "n00b", "nuub" or "nub"), a derogatory name for an inexperienced or under-talented hacker or gamer,[8] who lacks the determination to learn. "noob" was among candidates for the one-millionth English word selection by the Global Language Monitor.[9][10]
When unsure it is best to check

Internet culture experts much? Stop pretending to be experts on nonexisting topics. Noob and newbie were always the same, no matter what some anonymous editor of wikipedia has to say.
