[0.7.1] Eficency module inside electric furnace bug

if you put 2 eficency modules inside a electric furnace and also put a mining drill on the same electric grid you'll get negative power.

This is all ther is to the electrical network :
4 x acumilator
8 x solar pannel
2 x mining drill (whit 3 x eficency module each)
3 x electric furnace (whit 2 x eficency module each)
2 x inserter

I wasn't able to reproduce it with similar setup, but I will try to do exactly the same.

i had the same problem, sometimes it got gliched and other times it did nothing
i think it can pe re-produced by setting up everything first (all the buildings and modules) and then remove a electricety pole and re-place it
or cut the power on the drils and inserters (so not the furnaces) and then re-start them

so re-start everything or just the drils and inserters (thats when it bugged for me)
hope this helps, ill also try to re-produce it my self, if i got anything ill post it here

Edit :
found a way to re-produce it
build the setup and then remove the modules from 1 of the furnaces and re-place them whit shift-click

Ok, I found and fixed the bug (with the scenario you gave me on irc, thanks), this was funny one :)
The per tick usage of the furnace decreased to 20%, but the energy in the furnace stayed at 100%, so the furnace acted like it needs negative energy, so the whole system needed negative energy, and other machines didn't work because of that (the same reason, why inserters/miners stopped working).

Anyway, fixed for 0.7.3
