[0.8.1] repair bots insert errors!

got this error when the repair bot is trying to rebuild a piece of wall. The place is occupied with a biter xD
game then crashes

The cause of the bug is obvious, he really can't insert stuff into the wall
Fixed for 0.8.2 now.
