There's a basic oil processing recipe with "made in: steam engine". Steam engines supplied with crude oil will consume it (not sure if they produce anything - maybe they use it as temp 25 water?); unconsumed oil flows out the engine's output.

I didn't see any correct recipe in player window. Refineries work as intended, though.

This will be fixed in the 0.9.1.
