Mod for destroying buildings

Hello guys,
Id like to know if there is a mod which lets me destroy the buildings immediately.

What's the matter with guns? You can destroy everything by manual aim ('C' by default). It destroys stuff in crates too, if you want to get rid of outdated equipment.
Or right-click?

it lasts when using right click. I basicly want it without delay at all

Some kind of insta-mining buildings ? I know it's moddable, and I think it has already been modded.

I think that "Mining Tools" is superior. It lets you mine everything faster and not just the vanilla entities that FEM mod author decided to speed up the mining of. MT is also technically a way more beautiful solution than FEM since it doesn't require the modification of every single item in the game. MT adds faster mining tools. Works great.

Use this mod instead. I uninstalled FEM because it just doesn't work with any other mod entities.
