i would like to know how multiplayer games will work...
will it be free for all like everyone will be able to build everywhere or will it be like protected places?
our stuff continues working after i leave the mp game isnt it?
also i would like to know if most players with mods use the yuoki mods? its very confusing in the begining and i will play multiplayer if most wont use then i dont need to know it

I'm choosing to ignore the future tense of "will" since we don't know the future - we can however guess and explain what things look like at present:

Currently, anyone can build anywhere (look at "forces" if you are curious about assigning players to different teams)
In the future, I'm hoping mods will be able to access the game in a way that allows a modder to create some kind of permission system.

Depends on your configuration, if you start a server with the argument --no-auto-pause the game will continue to run in real time despite not having any players online, if you omit the option - the game will pause as soon as the last player disconnects.

You can find vanilla servers in the multiplayer forum (I'm hosting one myself).
This is a pretty philosophical question imo, there is no way for anyone to really know how most players will play factorio - I'm guessing most ppl start out vanilla then gradually move towards using mods but it's really just a guess. (not sure why you as a player really want to know if others will be playing Yuoki in the future or not?)
